The controller and their contact details are listed below.
What we collect
We collect the form fields and the time of submission. We do not store an IP address. We also collect your phone number. We check through a DNS query that the email domain has a mail server; only the domain is sent.
Purpose and basis
We use your details to contact you by email about the pilot. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw by email at any time.
Storage
Your details are stored in Cloudflare D1, operated by Cloudflare.
Retention
We keep your details until the pilot starts or you request deletion, for at most 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction and deletion, and complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Bot protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks the browser to block automated sign-ups. We use no analytics and no other cookies.
